My name is Brian Mock. I am a business owner, a father of four, and a Minnesotan. I am running for the Minnesota House Representative, District 15A because our state is being mismanaged, abused, and taken advantage of, and too many politicians in St. Paul refuse to answer for it.
I am proud to call Minnesota home. My ancestors were among the first settlers in western Minnesota. During the Great Depression, my grandmother was sent to live with relatives back east. After college, I traveled the country but chose to return to Minnesota. My grandmother once said it warmed her heart to have family back home.
I built a career as a business owner and Vice President of a successful lawn and landscape company. I worked hard for everything I had and to raise my four boys.

In 2020, I watched Minneapolis burn. I watched leadership fail in real time, crime rise, accountability disappear, and politicians stoke chaos instead of confronting it. On January 6th, I stood with over a million patriotic Americans to demand election integrity.
For that, liberal activist judges unlawfully stripped me of my constitutional rights. I took on the system alone, repeatedly assaulted and thrown into solitary confinement, with nothing but pen, paper, and a pocket Constitution to defend myself against a corrupt federal government. I endured years of captivity and torture because politicians decided to make an example out of everyday Americans who dared to demand accountability.
After the government robbed me of my freedom, my career, my home, my family, and nearly everything I owned, I felt lost and betrayed. The Twin Cities had become unrecognizable from the place I knew 25 years before. I felt abandoned and alone.
That experience made me an ardent constitutionalist. Our founders understood that power, when unchecked, will eventually turn against the people. They were right. I lived it.

In January 2025, President Trump granted me a full pardon, along with other January 6 defendants. I came to tiny Lynd, Minnesota, simply to thank a supporter and instead found a home. I found love, a partner, and a community that embraced me as their own. I worked hard to find my place in this community. I opened a small antique store, turning a lifelong passion into a living. The support of this community and the outpouring of support for my business have been incredible. I cannot adequately express how much this community has done to heal me after the trauma I endured.
This community helped restore my faith in America. I have experienced the worst parts of our country and can say with sincerity that this district represents the best. I will forever feel a debt that can never truly be repaid.
Serving this district is a small step to repaying that debt.
Minnesota did not end up here by accident. Billions of taxpayer dollars have vanished through fraud and corruption. Accountability is nonexistent. Families are paying the price while politicians prosper. Political theater has led to violence and death on our streets.
I am grateful for the pardon by President Trump. But with it comes responsibility. I chose to step forward. I spent the last year fighting in Washington and Minnesota to expose fraud and corruption. I have aided agencies in creating task forces and investigations into systemic failures across all three branches of government.
I am running to restore accountability, confront corruption, and defend the constitutional rights of every Minnesotan. I will fight to defend not only the Constitution but every person in this district from those who view traditional American values as something to be destroyed, Patriotism as a punchline, and Christians as an enemy.
Minnesota stands at a crossroads. The choice is stark: a battle-tested constitutionalist versus the status quo of silence and suppression.
I am building a grassroots team across this state, earning your trust. I will honor your support and fight down ballot, because we win together.
